Rabid's SUPER EASY scenery splitting technique/service
This involves letting me record the track because I have a method perfected. It will take time, but it will look great and you don't have to think about splitting.
The method I use for recording this stuff can be found here: https://iridethelines.forumotion.com/t5387-
The final product will look like this (this was 3 or 4 splits, dun remember): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNookS3f3Ms (slightly better quality because I understand codecs better now)
Here is what you do:
- Scene whatever you like
- When you get tired, save this as part 1 (or 2/3/4/5/etc)
- Erase stuff that you won't need for reference to draw future parts
- Continue scening, making sure not to scene anything you scened in previous parts
- Repeat process
- When you finish, send .sol to me.
It basically works by overlaying the two recordings using white as the background. Once I get the fps right at 40, it will look exactly the same, but with scenery from all the parts. The lines from each part show up and the lines that didn't get erased just go right on top of each other.

This sounds like witchcraft to me, but damn if it works, that's freaking awesome. I'll definitely use this in the future.

Got the .sols, will get back to you as soon as I have free time lol
what's a version I can set it at 1fps easily lol (I used cheatengine last time on a PC but I only have a mac now)
EDIT alright. here is a GREAT example of overlap issues.
Here's a bit of part 1:

Here's a bit of part 2:

and here's what they look like together:

My guess is that's not what you want. so the question is, what should I do? Do you want me to show one as I go past one time and then the second one the second time? Or maybe somehow copy one onto the other? Use powermenu for that (I actually did that in Bolted to the Wall in one spot)

Interesting. Didn't LRG use a method similar to this in MA? Or am I way off?

Yo wolf I just PMed you the recording. One of the recordings is like a pixel off from the others so you can sort of tell when there are multiple videos playing on top of each other but I would make sure that wasn't true in the final recording.
Let me know what you think, and sorry for taking so long

Re: Rabid's SUPER EASY scenery splitting technique/service
here's another good example of the way this method of recording splits works (What I'm able to do)
comparehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uy92dcjIH1k the original attempt to record my scened track (would have been a very solid masking job had I had adobe premier at the time), The Wild, with
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58MvxWlCDb0 with this, when Rabid and I figured out how to perfect recording splits this way.
Also, if Rabid happens to be too busy, or working on another recording project, I'd be happy to do a recording for someone.
