HP's main purpose wasn't to make the community grow, but to vent. He can agree, because it could be his secondary goal for this thread.

People are speaking up. Sharing what they think, and the community learns more about other members.
Why do we need new members? That's not gonna happen and we know it any way. It doesn't make any one leave, if it does show me proof.

Threads like this aren't pointless, and if they are, why do we have the feedback section in the first place? If they bother everyone so much, get rid of it.

Am I really the only one seeing this? I haven't seen this place so alive (I don't mean the amount of members) in a while.

I agree with you here, when someone posts something controversial the thread booms. But this is never what HP intended.
