MY WINDOWS 7 DOESNT HAVE SOUND ANYMORE DUNNO WHY :| HEDGE HELP ME.

PS: it was okay this morning before i downloaded somethin. is it cos of virus or something?

Delete that download, then re-install your sound device software. Worked for me, though I'm on a XP.

First search for your software, then download and install it from the internet.

There's a 70% chance that it's something stupid, like a jack/cable not plugged in all the way, speakers not enabled, etc...

lol - now that I remember, I've got a very old keyboard that still uses the PS/2 or DIN - don't know - connection to my computer unit. It only makes contact to my computer when it's in a perfect straight position aka unpossible. It's a wonder that I still type by now. :P

How'd you know about that? That was from like early 2007 lol

It was Audacity, if you don't quit it properly it cuts off all flash player sound. (on internet and etc)

ahahaha, i'm sorry to go slightly offtopic, but this reminds me of when 1 year ago one time my sound wasn't working.

I tried everything! reinstalling software, deleting stuff, checking all the plugs, etc.

And then I realized: the volume option in the bottom corner next to the time was on mute. :AC:
