I've decided don't think it's a good idea to condone this version on the site since it modifies physics. Play around with it if you like but please don't post tracks on here from now on. Thanks.

Well then you better change the forum description then as it says to post videos here using an unusual version of the game.

Also I see nothing wrong with posting videos of using a hacked version that modifies the physics.

In the past we have had people who have made videos with hax and then not bothered to mention they were made with hax...

and by "unusual versions" we meant 6.3-6.7 which were then not backed by InXile. I can change the description if you want.

I can see where you come from by people not mentioning it, but from what i can tell if they do mention they used a hacked version then whats the harm?

Also the description is fine if you just want 6.3-6.7 but you might want to add to the site rules not to post videos of using a hacked version of Linerider.

Because it always turns into a "CAN I HAVE IT" fest, and because sooner or later some poopbutt will post one and claim it's legit when it's not. Unnecessary headache for me. And the reverse happens - accusations of hax when it's not haxed (e.g. Vibrato) And what is there to comment on in a haxed version anyway? as evidenced by this thread.

We had it as rules on the old site but I didn't bother on this site because everyone's interest piques when I say it's off limits.

and now I'm officially done talking about it. I don't want to attract any more attention that I already have.

He said he'd want to see how people would react to it and how many people dared to say it was fake or something. But he told me that a long time ago so it may be the best if you ask him that yourself
