Also, you might be making chains instead of flings

I always avoid stacking for some reason.. You can just make another line at the exact same angle and right before you spare your mouse, press backspace.
I guess stacking is a good way too though

Re: Stronger wells
reverse stack, make the line just above the previous and delete the previous one

Chains are different from flings in the sense that they slow bosh, while flings speed up bosh.
The reason why this happens is because of the angular position of flings. Since the line is tilted, it pulls bosh that way, and the same with the next line.
Chain are simply straight lines. Yes, they pulls bosh, but not in the angular sense that flings do. This causes an almost immediately loss in velocity (ESPECIALLY if the chain has a well every frame)
Hotflash, you could stack wells, but to be honest I don't enjoy doing that. To me, stacking wells seems like a handicapped way of simply drawing a different line farther away (I did it in one of my tracks but regretted it, since it caused messiness) (EDIT: Please do not take the way I used handicapped offensively. I meant it in the way it's used in golf)

What Georgio said. You want to avoid ugly stacking whenever you can, but sometimes it's necessary.
When you get a well that looks kinda weak, you can draw a line a little bit above it at the same angle and see if it works. If it does work, erase the bottom line, and it will still work. (99% of the time )

ugh, I thought stacking is the ugly a-billion-lines-for-one-move-method? no offense

Well it's the same but then you don't remove the first line(s) you drewGeorgio_jc wrote:Rafael wrote:= stackingGeorgio_jc wrote:I always avoid stacking for some reason.. You can just make another line at the exact same angle and right before you spare your mouse, press backspace.

Re: Stronger wells
you can't always delete the first line you drew in a stack. if you can it's a fail stack.
