The old IRtL never had downtime in the good old days...I'm so excited when we move I'm going to feel 13 again, I'm going to be best bros with all you guys again <3

On the sb porting side of things, I'm progressing well, but while I've been coding in the db additions, I realised that I should add something: Shoutbox nicknames. Mods could use it to give people with massive names (like snooze had) a shorter name (most people get nicknames anyway from the community, so that would be easy) so that the margins aren't destroyed when theyre in the sb, and it makes for a cool little privilege for ranks to be able to set their own <=10char sb name.

My whole server gets a back up every night, but yeah we could set up a cron job just to have one for wrtl too.

It's more so we aren't tied to one person/site/backup system. I'd rather see that all admins have the ability to restore the site from a backup so the site isn't tied to a single person/host. Even if we never have to, it's better to be safe Smile

2007-2009 <3 Then the problems started appearing.

But mhenr, why just ranks? I mean, it'd help if people with similar given names (if anyone remembers the confusion SillyRabbit, SDF and I had to deal with at old IRtL, you'll know what I mean.) could set their own nicknames to avoid confusion.
