WRTL Slow Speed? Empty WRTL Slow Speed?

I hear it's been happening to others, but has WRTL been suffering from being soooooo very slow? It's taking me almost 30-40 seconds to load a page. Is anyone else having these problems.

I'm having trouble. Sometimes it's fine, but then all the sudden it freezes. I'm only having this problem here, so don't say it's my lame internet. :|

omg i just had what you had, but instead of 30-40 seconds, it "timed out". I went to get juice, and came back after like 5 minutes, and then it saids the website has timed out, i kept trying for an amount of time, and finally, for no reason it started loading...

actually, I have another possibly related problem. when I'm at college (but not at home) most avatars and smileys don't load for no reason, on any of the computers here. it's odd.
