Okay I think I got it now.

I watched Jam without the music and ironically I enjoyed it much much more. The thing about it is that I felt like it wasn't one track, because each section of track is so drastically different from the other and didn't really flow together, it felt like it was multiple tracks thrown together into a single mega track making the overall experience a little awkward. It also dragged on and I lost interest. I think if it were a different song (and this is just personal preference) and it was cut down to 2 minutes I would have enjoyed it much more.
(I think I already said this in the main thread it was posted in in bare tracks, which was hilarious cause some people started bashing me for it.)

Explosivo just seems like it was done more "professionally." It was fun and exciting and even in the beginning with the slow start really got my attention and brought out a sense of intrigue and once it started it just got awesome. The length felt perfect and it just seemed like Cereal knew exactly what to do and when to do it (if that makes sense.) Like he knows how to be an entertainer. I could watch it over and over again and still enjoy it just as much the first time.

I still don't get why people watch the tracks whilst they're muted.
They just say it's to "evaluate the track more", but the music is what the track was synced to. It's just defeating the whole point of music syncing completely .-.
The track was meant to be watched WITH music, there's no point in just watching the track. After all, it's a movie (hence motw).

Gotta have to agree with wolf. In my eyes, this is about the best movie and movies are made with both video and sound. So if you cut out the sound, what's the point? I would've never enjoyed for example O2 or most of MrZNF's tracks as much if they didn't have sound.

no no no. I muted it because I enjoyed it more that way. I'm clearly aware of the whole "package" deal that, yeah, these tracks were synchronized to music but I'm saying it's ironic because I enjoyed Jam more without the music despite it's synchronization. Not saying that's why I voted for Explosivo because it was a better track, all I'm trying to say is that I enjoyed it far more. I'm not trying to say "oh this track is better so I'm voting for it." No, I've always voted for which track I found to be more entertaining. Synchronized or not, I enjoyed watching Jam on mute. If that's hard for anyone to swallow than honestly, get over it. Yeah I get it's meant to be played with music but it just wasn't doing it for me.

Wow, both tracks were very good. They both synced so well to the flow of the track. I liked Cereal's manuals and the density went well to the manuals, good track overall. Jam had more epic factors though, nice length. I think Jam was overall more epic and slightly gooder than Explosivo. But both were very good. Nice tracks. Good poll, Rabid.
