Line Rider 2 Unbound internet problems

I recently purchased line rider 2 and it installed fine but when i go to enter the dac it says i dont have an internet connection. Any suggestions?

^Pretty much that and no one releases any unbound tracks anymore as well. I would recommend getting line rider V3 online.

Form what I found already, check to see if your virus blocker is allowing it to connect.

^as for these, these are better then Unbound by miles upon miles. To get these to work, just open them with your internet browser. I recommend Google Chrome for the best results. Hope you can stay active here! The versions I reccomend are 6.7 By Mhenr, 6x By Mhenr, v3.3 standard by me, and v3.3 plus by me. (no, we are not the original creators )

EDIT: Mhenrs versions focuses upon a more solid, and bug free game play, and some new features from the original 6.2, While v3.3 focuses on more features and new line types (Plus only), and less about bug fixes. The two in between version would be v3.3 standard, and 6X, where 6x is best for editing thanks to it's faster load time, and v3.3 is good for recording thanks to it's slow motion.

ridiculously slow because my PC is ancient, but it worked.

I tried playing unbound recently and I can't even get past the login screen. It says no internet connection available, switching to offline mode, then there's virtually nothing I can do to access the game. Has anyone solved this issue?

The fix? Torrent. it'll be legal if you actually paid for it. Online play isn't needed, since tracks are saved individually in the program files folder for Unbound.

hey I'm not quite sure if this forum is dead but no torrents have seeders..... can anyone help me? i own a physical copy of the game but like freakingkoalaman, i can't get past the login screen

Sorry, I don't actually have it on this computer. But you're not playing it on windows 7 are you? Kram up there says it doesn't work on windows 7.

this forum's not dead by any means... we just all play the flash version (mostly the modifications kevans has made by adding onto and tweaking the original beta 2)

If there is anyone who does have a working copy of unbound, let us know how you got it working?

otherwise, feel free to stick around and play the flash version with us (general consensus says it's much more fun than unbound, and it's free)

Internet capabilities only work on XP, but I doubt after Inxile shutting down their LR services it'd still be working. Though I'd recommend moving over to the Flash versions since there's still a community behind it.

EDIT: As for working I can provide, and by working I mean you'll be able to play with all the offline features.

hey, i started up the LR2Loader and it gave me errors so I started LineRider2 and it says "binkw32.dll" is missing.


currently extracting the zip, i'll tell you if it works

i put it on a thumb drive and tried to start it on a diff computer. it gave me the following error:

the procedure entry point minidumpwritedump could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\windows\system32\dlumd9.dll

idk, we really don't bother with unbound even in the slightest.
