While some people may marvel at this track for the skill and precision involved alone, what really makes this track different is the odd hybrid of paces within it. With the music on, it has a slow, relaxed pace, but still showing enough energy to keep it interesting. With the music off (don't blame me, blame Lady Gaga), it suddenly becomes mid-paced, or even fast-paced, and I'm sure that if anyone else had made it, it would've had music to match, and they would've been criticized for flow-related issues.
However, once again, Pure shows us that he knows what he's doing.

The control... wow.

I think the music fit perfectly, you all are just prejudiced against Lady Gaga.Stallie wrote:Good job pure, I just wish you picked a different song.
Anyways, I really liked the track. One of the more recent tracks that I have watched over 3 times. The density was very impressive

Oh, I absolutely agree that it fit very well (in fact, half of what I said was about how well it fit, and how he picked the right music for his style). I just don't especially like it.

The whole "music on, music off" thing you posted confused me a bit. I thought "with the music off" bit meant the music was off sync with the style of the trackHedgehogs4Me wrote:in fact, half of what I said was about how well it fit, and how he picked the right music for his style

wow, I never noticed before, but it is a different viewing experience with the music off. I guess music selection was just never my strong suit :/Hedgehogs4Me wrote:

uuuggghhh, the first few posts of this thread have all been debating about music in a LR track.
How far we've fallen. =/
Track still looks as smexy as the first time, btw.

I watched this with "Ain't no rest for the wicked" by Cage the Elephant. Coolest experience EVER.

Re: Perseverance by pure5152
I actually didn't mind this music near as much as some of that bubbly Japanese pop you used to use. It doesn't matter to me one way or the other, though.

if music is more important than track, maybe i'll just start uploading music to my channel and quit making track. this is absolutely ridiculous

Re: Perseverance by pure5152
Because saying it doesn't really matter is definately the same as saying that it's of dire importance.

Re: Perseverance by pure5152
Dude, don't take it all so personal, most of the times everyone freaking loves your music choice. Now some people (!) don't like it and you're whining about how important music is? You make Line Rider videos, and music is part of that, and you know that. Appearantly your music choice wasn't as good as normal here. Suck it up, it still got featured anyways.pure5152 wrote:if music is more important than track, maybe i'll just start uploading music to my channel and quit making track. this is absolutely ridiculous
