MOTW New Rules Empty MOTW New Rules

Well, I figured that this would be the best way for people to know the new rules ^^
So, first new rule is that when we have overlaps with people entering (collabs) the ones selected will be the ones to either allow more people to enter and/or to have more entries that week.
^ That's mainly because that we've had a lot of overlaps recenty D:
Second new rule was suggested by Chui Ninji which is to have a maxinum and mininum of four entries per week. This is so we are able to have consistent amounts of entries per week and we are more able to actually have entries in a week =P

I don't really understand what's happening with the collab shenanigan rule, but if it works, sounds good to me. xD
