You know this'll take atleast another 3 years, right? Well, the chances are small, but IF I'm still here when this is being finished, I could maybe make the ending monument, unless there is someone else you'd rather want doing it. I will not be offended
Keep in mind that there's alot of if and maybe in there, so don't expect it, but there is a possibility

Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
argh.
well due to school, attempts to fix my whacked out sleep schedule (which got messed up partially thanks to releasing evol of lr), catching up practicing percussion, and laziness, I haven't started yet. I should be able to start on Friday, and I'd be surprised if the parts I have to do aren't done after Thanksgiving break. Making this my top priority after school stuff.

Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
i'll do the future quirk with you rabid if you'd like
oh btw theres IS a much easier way to mask then the time consuming way that aspi/lrg do. rabid you should talk to scg about it he can tell you how to do it, it literally takes minutes to do. the only hard part is that the recordings must ALL be perfectly aligned/speed/dimensions.
i kind of know how to do it but scg is the one that fully mastered it preatty much

Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
we won't be masking, it takes far too much work (can you imagine a rack over twice as long as incito scened being masked? sheesh), and SCG's method is nowhere near perfect - see 0:41 - 0:51 of digital breakdown. we'll be splitting the old fashioned way, it'll be less work overall.
Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
ok, and btw that was my fault @ 0:41 i messed up a split.

Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
looks to me like the movies were slightly off from each other... if you "messed up a split" it would have shown white space. (unless you were trying to get them to not overlap at all... which sounds pretty stupid to me lol, just leave a small overlap instead of a large one. if that were the case then you had two problems lol)GhostY wrote:ok, and btw that was my fault @ 0:41 i messed up a split.
Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
I am going to side with Rabid in that as long as splitting the scenery the normal way with each split overlapping is doable with the track you're scening, then it is easier for recording and editing, as slightly non perfect recordings will still look good.
as for splits that require masking I'd only suggest doing the method for splitting on dense tracks where new track crosses old track.

I think all 3 of us can contribute to scening the future quirk.

progress report: done with 1 & 2 (no scenery), 3, and half of 4.
Ghosty, would you like to do the old-school quirk in the style of absurdist movement? (6)

You've never seen absurdist movement? It's so iconic...
basically it was the first scened quirk, and anomaly made it...

i don't get to watch tracks like that very often. because my internet sucks so much that it takes like an hour to load a 1 minute video ;-;

Re: Evolution of LR - Scenery version!
I could probably do the anomaly style scenery part if ghosty happens to change his mind. That was one of my fav tracks a few years ago.
Also, yay @ LRG
