What do you miss about the old IRTL?

I'll include it in my letter to TechDawg.

The active shoutbox

Shoutbox, i like the coloring better, better general setup.

I don't like the posting and editing at this site. It all takes longer/is inconvenient.

Feels more like home/natural ;-;

Doesn't have the same vibe to me, although tbh it makes no sense.

The way the original IRtL feels more professional (maybe not the word im looking for). Nobody likes hanging around on forumotion.

I personally miss TD himself. He's an exceptionally creative guy, and would always make tweaks and changes to the forum or website that improved some aspect or part of the site. Plus, he is probably the most fair and trustworthy admin I've worked with. I also miss all of his announcements and posts, as well as his sneak peaks into his next big project or creation.

For me, IRTL isn't the same without TechDawg.

Agreed with LB it was great when he was actually active...
I miss all the old people ;-; The old shotbox with it's lurking capabilites was awesome...and no {username} tags was good. Hm...the colour scheme was the best. Just generally what everyone else said...

I miss the new post section on the forum. I always have to search through the forums here for new posts.
I also prefer the layout, the shoutbox, the activity and so on.

The rep system was better, and there was no {username*} code

Everything. Layout, rep system (which doesn't work for me right now), professionality, the handy new post section and all that stuff that made IRtL original.

In general, the community on IRTL is a lot more diverse than the community here. The only way somebody could find this place is through a link from another member (unless they're extremely bored on Google), so we are missing out on a potentially large amount of members. These members aren't going to constantly check to see if the site is alive, they're going to forget about it in a week and move on. Without new members, we will all get bored of one another.

In addition, I really miss the when TD was active. If he became at least semi-active again, I expect there would be an increase in activity.

I miss the better layout. It was much easier to catch up with what you missed. Also, when TD was around, the site has always something different each week, his previews, his updates, he always informed us on what's going on with the community, fsk, Line Rider. But now we can't really bring that back :S

The official site really needs a more user friendly interface and IRTL needs more than just a forum. It needs TD's advice.

I've never seen the old linerider, but i have to say that i find this forum pretty ugly. The layout could be lot better i think.
