Tournament of Champions 3 will be Delayed.

Until July 14th. (11:59 PM central time)

I'm too busy to start it ATM, and I still need to write my letter to TD. (It's HARD to write a letter to someone you're pretty angry at and ask for a favor. I promise to get it done by tomorrow at the latest.)

This will happen whether the old site gets back up or not.
