Tournament of Champions 3

What would you guys think of having ToC3 on this site? Let us know. This is all assuming that the old site won't come back up before July (which I hope it will)

I'll have another poll later asking about when we should have entries due. The latest we could have it start this summer is probably around July 25.

In the meantime, I set up a ToC3 section, where we have an entry thread and a discussion thread. The entry thread says it's cached on Google but the page doesn't exist so we'll either start over or just add on the entries on the old site, depending on the decision we make using this poll.

Also, if someone doesn't enter but has an epic track we will want to go and find the track that they WOULD enter. If nobody's really sure, we can have a vote. And if they come and enter one themselves then we won't worry about it. Post your suggestions here:

In other news, stop killing MOTW. It's been open for about 3 weeks now and 2 people have entered. Enter your videos! We need 4 each week. I guess I understand that ToC3 is coming, but I see plenty of videos posted and none entered in MOTW.

IF the old site really won't go up sometime soon I don't see a point in waiting for it. Let's just do it here with the same date

delay it as much as you can. if i can get myself motivated enough, i will finish my 2 year old track. i just dont know how soon i can get myself to do that

I would say to delay as much as you can, and if there's no chance, then do it here. Otherwise i would rather see it at the normal site.

This is because more people go to the normal site, that's where new members go etc. More people = more voting.

What new members. We've gotten like 3 mew members and they're here (Buzz, KillinTime, etc.). I don't see the difference between having it here or there, as long as it is done on the normal schedule.

Personally, I think there is always going to be someone or other who is going to want to delay this for one reason or another, why not just advertise people to come here for the toc to get more voting, and if irtl happened to come back up in the middle of the voting, we could just move it to the old site.

I'd rather have it on the old site for a rather silly reason, but whatever.

It looks better over there, all of the activity, and the polls and whatnot.

So it probably won't be soon?
