Just copy and post the track folders into the new LRA.
Open up the Beta 0.2 folder

Go into tracks and copy the one you want

Go to the Beta 0.3 folder open tracks folder
J.R. Track Stuff 542ed438a0
Paste your track folder or track file into the tracks folder

When you say "won't work" what does that mean? Do you get an error message or does the track not appear in the load menu?

0.3rc isn't fully usable due to it's plethora of bugs. I'd recommend using 0.2 until I give a proper release to 0.3.
source: i made lra

if it's not opening you have to be more specific. Is it visible in the loading menu? When you load it does literally nothing happen?

I think I've had this problem with an .sol file before. Never found a solution. Did you transfer the whole track over, or just a piece of it? The whole folder always works for me.
