Jazzy Jazz = Opal + Pawel

I'm not really sure what happened to the recording. I was trying out OBS, and some stuff must've happened with it, I'm not really sure what. Oh well, most of the jumps are on the colored recording anyways.

I love these types of song covers, and it really fit the track
Also, work on your guyses flow and rotation, theres a lot of points where bosh could have stopped and gone much smoother and more fittingly.

First time I've honestly been told that, but I know pretty much every part that you mean, and completely agree with you. There were a lot of times I sacrificed the flow for doing something cool with this, and it didn't always work out for the better.

Really darn good. Do agree with Chugs about the flow thing, but I really loved the funky creative moments. That big straight leftwards line, that dealwithit.gif, those 3 manuals connected with green lines, that green manual in the end... They just made the track a joy to watch. Space usage in those compact sections was on point, too.

So much creativity in this, love it! Favourite moment was the playful flatsledding with the rolls afterwards. Also, awesome song is awesome. Btw, did you intentionally not show who made what? Because I'm pretty sure who made what anyway

Not really, no. I just got bored of editing.

It's a bit disproportionate, but I didn't notice anything wrong until I looked at it closer.Pawel3 wrote:A question to sceners: how did I do on the sax monument?

I liked the track a bunch. The creativity and smoothness were really nice. I would like to see a re-edited version that is a bit higher quality though. If you want, I can do the re-editing to make it look nicer.

I mean,, you could? The editing didn't really bother me as much as the recording did, and that's because I tried something new before saying screw it. So my fault on that one, if you want to record it again I'd gladly send you the .sol.

I never actually reviewed this. Not a whole lot of stuff to say but I do want to throw my opinion into the mix on this one.
This track was super fun to watch! Like, not as a generic compliment but as like, I actually thoroughly enjoyed watching. The misdirection at the beginning was mildly enjoyable but the first moment I really enjoyed was the sync at 0:35-0:39, it fits so well and I was not expecting it at all, it was kind of like I didn't think it was going to fit while it was happening but it did and it made me laugh (not sure if it was just a good song choice or half-planned syncing). I also really enjoyed 0:42 and 0:46, but when the track really seemed to pick up for me was at 0:52, there through 1:06 was super groovy and fun. I wish the whole track had the vibe of that bit - and I especially liked the bits at 0:58 and 1:03. Then I felt like it lost a bit more steam until the end but I did enjoy finding out that that tail manual was actually green, hah.
I wish I knew who made what because your styles blend really well and I have no idea! But I do hope to see more stuff like this from both of you.
