root account admin cp cleanup

So I realized that I could find more ACP options in the root account. Heh. I'm kicking myself I didn't figure this out earlier. Turns out kevans was right about all the options he said I should be able to control and I kept saying I couldn't find. I wasn't in the root admin account. I often forget that there is actually a different root admin account than this one.

- enabled new users to post links
- made links clickable for guests
- possibly reduced ads?
- auto login checkbox default checked
- allowed tagging users @gaoyubao @rabid squirrel <- examples. for my name which has a space the name has "s around it
- minimum thread title now 1char
- default WYSIWYG editor
- made scrolling announcement across top of site as you can see
- hid FAQ and Calendar and other stuff

when I made search in navbar visible to admins only I accidentally broke the search box for everyone but admins. Fixed now, with slightly more clutter because I can't get rid of search in navbar without breaking the inline search box

Also I can't access the usergroups section to see who are LRL and such

thanks to conun's CSS skills I have been able to hide the unwanted navbar items while still making the accessible to members! (using some backseat page modifications via the chat widget lol)
