Super stickies are on top of stickies the same way stickies are on top of normal posts. Nothing too major.

Super Stickies are called "Announcements" on most forums, and were originally called that on this one, I just renamed them because it's nice to have two levels of stickies, and the only place we announce stuff is the announcements section.
