Real medals ?

I had an idea yesterday.
Since we're here at IRTL, we win only userbars, rank titles, etc.
I was thinking about something we can 'really' get, something palpable, tangible.

It's a paper origami medal you can create with a simple piece of paper. I tried it, it took me 5 minutes and the result is very cool.
(not my creation btw ^^)

It can be great for contests and stuff, GFX can create their own design, the winner prints and make the origami then gets the reward.

What do you think ?

I do origami as a hobby. [no srsly guise, I should post my work if you want] I don't think this is a good idea. Unless it's a basic design you cant do a print out, you will need instructions. Plus you need the terminology for origami (flower base, frog base, flipover, ect) I think digital awards are the way to go.

Hum, we don't really need to know the terminology to make an origami. Just by following instruction on a video you can do it. (plus that medal concept is pretty basic and very easy to do)
And, I can easily do a template for the design (for a 8½ inch x 11 inch paper).

Yeah, didn't know what dice rolls was.
I'll try to make a tutorial to explain better the idea, maybe tomorrow or friday.

No need, most of these people here are lazy kids. They don't have time to do something extra. The digital rewards are fine.
