Sabotage Battle! (officially underway!)

Hey guys 
So here's an idea I had for a battle. Four people (or more) enter to try to create the best 30 to 50 second track. However, there's a twist to this.
At the beginning of the battle, each person sends me (via PM): A song, a restriction, and a requirement. Then, when the contest starts, these things are distributed randomly among the other contestants. Let me elaborate on this:
1. A song. This should preferably be a link to youtube. The person who receives the song should at least attempt to synch some part of the track to the song. Maybe a stall, a speed-up, a switch in styles, something like that.
2. A restriction. Something like "No nose manuals". "No pinches". "No shoulder wells". Stuff like that.
3. A requirement. This is something you have to do for at most 10 seconds of the track. Like: "Make 10 seconds of XY". "Make a Kramual". "Make a fling with at least 30 lines in it". Stuff like that
You like? Go wild on the three "sabotages", but nothing too ridiculous. Ask me any questions you have concerning these things

Restriction: Track must be in between 20-40 PPF at all times (excluding start and end) (from Chuggers)
Requirement: 3-Second all red nose manual (from Helios)
Rafael
Song: Wonton Soup - Lil B (from SOTL)
Restriction: No Tail Wells (from Efrazable)
Requirement: Top speed of over 50 PPF (from Roflmaoqwerty)
Roflmaoqwerty
Song: Seqsy - Venetian Snares (from Helios)
Restriction: No Nose Manuals (from Orthuss)
Requirement: A Manual Loop (at least 270 degrees) (from Shotoku)
Shotoku
Song: Welcome Home - Radical Face (from Rafael)
Restriction: No Complicated Flings (alt flings, asdfs, dual flings) (from Helios)
Requirement: An Ending Monument (from Efrazable)
SOTL
Song: Ultraviolent Junglist - Venetian Snares (from Roflmaoqwerty)
Restriction: All red lines are non-shifted (from Shotoku)
Requirement: An Everyframe Fling Loop (from Rafael)

Yay, I thought people would be interested in this 
So now there's two entrants. Possibly two more?
Also, this really shouldn't take too long. That's why I made the track 30-50 seconds long and not any longer. It's just for the fun of it.

Basically the first person in a certain row gets the song/restriction/requirement sent in by the second person in that same row. So on and so forth. Eighth person gets the first person's stuff. You catch the drift.
