I was waiting since so long for this track to come out, and the result you showed is pro. The monuments at the beginning were specially awesome.
And almost everything was perfect, i mean, it couldn't have been better
1:37 was funny ^^
ps: ca serait nice de faire une collab ensemble =p

WOW man, great job with the track! When I saw your earlier tracks a few months ago, I knew you'd be a pro.
I'll actually do a review on this one:
Things I liked/loved:
-The length! That track was around 1:35, which is long for a scenery track.
-The monuments! I love how many there are and how well-placed they all are. Bosh rides on most of them, and none of them go by too fast. They were all well-drawn and fit with the track for the most part. They're just everywhere!
-The theme! Never really seen one quite like this.
-The uniqueness! Most of the non-monument scenery was similar to others I've seen, but you took it and made it your own.
-The track and scenery variety. The track was very omni-style, and the scenery varied all around, yet maintained a constant theme. This is often hard to do for sceners.
-Music was very fitting with the mood.
-The detail! There were a lot of little things you wouldn't have noticed the first time around.
-The quality of the scenery. It was professional, but still had that beginner feel to it, which a lot of people love. Rocks were cool too.
Things to work on:
-Recording. The actual recording was fairly smooth, but you could see the top bar. If you want to get rid of this, just adjust the settings in Hypercam. And also, you can get rid of the Hypercam watermark by getting the full thing. Just go to their website to get the registered one for free. Both of these are just minor annoyances though.
-It felt like it was just a little too far zoomed out. Again, a minor annoyance.
-The density. It sometimes went from really dark and filled in to mostly white. You can fix this by adding clouds in the sky, or other little object just to fill those little open spaces. You don't want any areas to feel too bare. But don't worry, this is often hard to do. Overall, the density wasn't too bad, it just wasn't spot on.
-The naked track wasn't quite up to todays standards. It wasn't bad, but it could have been better. If you've found out that you're not too good a making naked tracks/don't enjoy making them, feel free to ask others if you can use theirs.
And that's about all I can think of. Great work Seth, I hope this gets featured! Can't wait to see what you're going to do next!

that was pretty flippin' awesome.
I really liked the fact that there wasn't many blank spots - and monuments were places perfectly
though i felt like the scenery was kinda flat (?) Although the artistic ability of them were bad-ass, it felt sorta strange...

Impressive. However, it looked cluttered to me - even though there were blank spots. Have some rep though.

Ambitious? Somewhat. Not as massive as some, but a large task nonetheless.
Epic factor/Impressive? Yes
Complete/Cohesive? Yes
Vision? Somewhat. Definitely a theme thought of before you started scening, but a lot of the stuff looked like you weren't thinking about the scenery when you made the track.
Experience? Somewhat. Wasn't very fast paced, and was rather zoomed out, so it wasn't really an immersive experience. Also felt like a bunch of separate artworks sometimes. could have been more of crating a world rather than drawing cool stuff.
Quality of art? Great! some things it looked like you tried to draw something really realistic (like the ship) which usually makes it look sloppy when it's not perfect, but you still managed to pull it off pretty well.
Creativity in scening things? For sure
Speed manipulations? None. was pretty slow.
Detail? Great! a few blank spots, but not a big deal (zooming in would help for this stuff)
Consistency? Good. Dunno about a girl's head being the size of the ship - some parts looked like "I'll just add a piece of art here" rather than creating a world.
Unified Theme? Yes
Originality? Yes
Speed? Too slow...
Monument placement? Good. some riding inside objects, but not too noticeable
Monument usage? Good
3-D (extrusion, adding shine, shading, contour lines, adding depth)? Could have used more. lots of stuff felt kind of flat
Made sense? Somewhat. Again with the people the size of ships sitting on top of mountains...
"Hiding" the track? (this is bad) Not bad
Good Ending? Meh
Great job!
remember:
- creating a world always trumps a bunch of epic monuments. integrate your monuments into the world.
- keeping the track moving is far more important than tricks (like manuals) in a scenery track
- think about the scenery while you make the track
- Don't worry about making certain monuments look good as much as making the overall artwork of the track make sense as a world
