Automated RPG - Needs Your Help!

Basically I'm using my PHP skizzles and time to make an automated RPG for us, saving Hedge's time, and our time too .
No more manual editing basically.

I can take care of most if not all of the coding, but what I do need are ideas and GFX.
First of all, I need to have all the pictures that we're using already, and someone willing to make banners and stuff to make it look better.

Second of all, we need to smooth up this gameplay system, lol.
I can put in automatic healing, maybe by 50 a week, and dice that heal you fairly easily...
But I need more ideas as to how to change the system to make it more playable.

Also, to make it almost the same as the forum posting Hedge editing system, I'll basically make it that you can only do an action if you weren't the last one who did anything.

How easy is the coding to change frequently on a continual basis?

Well, it's all on my WAMP server atm, so I can pretty much edit it as much as I want without reuploading, since it's all based locally...

Just when it's up will be harder.

I should probably start on the game mechanics tomorrow.

Spent about 3 hours today debugging lol. Like half an hour actually coding.

What sort of GFX help do you need? =/

Oh sure. But for the moment GFX is fine...

I just need that banner from Hedge, Mikey, Eib, or Jam lol.

I will probably send out some requests in the future, like to represent items and furniture and stuff like that.

Oh, and can you change the #CC0000 to #AA0000
It's a lil darker, and I feel it works better.

Awesome. Just one question...
How long do you think this will actually take?

About 40 hours of development total. I've spent maybe 8-9 already.

Also, sadly I cannot get any work done today. Too busy with real life atm.

I understand, a lot of hard work, but it will definitely be worth it. And the good thing is, when the old site is back up you won't have to change anything because it's on a separate host to the forum. Sweet! ;D
