Help with new site email activation

Ok, if you can't activate your account through your email, listen closely.
1. Go to your email. There should be the links in the email, but they seem to be url enders, so here's what to do.
2. Copy the one under where it says "**** Does The Above URL Not Work? ****"
3. Find the link to the forum homepage- http://iridethelines.com/forums/index.php
4. Now make it http://iridethelines.com/forums/
5. Now get that url end from your email, then paste it to the end of the above url (http://iridethelines.com/forums/)
6. Now hit enter! It should take you to the activation page...
