BS? How long?

Sorry that there is so many threads about BS, I could bump an old one, but it wouldn't get the same attention, and this is kind of important.

So, as some of you know (espcieally LCC people) life is up-side down at the moment. I used to spend so much time on the computer, now I have a very little amount of time. I'm always out with some friends, or having they over here. My house has kind of become a meeting place, we hang here alot. What can I say? People love my room
So as I said, not much time for LR, bearly any at all. And hopefully it'll kind of stay like that for a while. This is where BS comes in. I've promised to finish it, I've promised I would make it 4 minutes, and if you guys want that, I'll stand by my word. BUT, if it's going to be as long as I said, it will take ALOT of time, like, what, next summer? O.o For all I know, LR could be pretty dead by then. So yeah, not canceling, but I've been thinking about making it shorter, this way it could be released hopefully before christmas (no promises here). My main though is making it a 2 minutes track, 5 minutes video. I I have 1 (pretty big) split left before it's 1:30, and it's already pretty big. Like SRS + Con + Almost all of MA ? So yeah, it won't be a small track anyways.

But yeh, I said 4 minutes, and I don't want to let you guys down <3 So yeah, I want to know, is it fine if I make it 2 minutes long? And this just opens up the possibility of a BS II later on, I've been thinking about that. But if I make BS 4 minutes, there is no freakin way I can top that, at any time.

I'mma sum it up to 2 options:
1. 4 minutes, even if it takes ages.
2. 2 minutes, and maybe a second track later.

Well just do with what's easiest for you, I still really wanna see the track, I don't want to wait for a year!

I know your situation, it's kinda bad.
Make an 2 minutes track; it will be enough epic!

2 mins would be fine. especially if you are going to make a BSII, and you always want the sequel to be better than the original. 2 mins is good, and if you are pushing yourself too far and not having fun with it, it isnt fun for us either

4 minutes, even if it takes ages.

@ martin, if he'll release what he has now he would feel bad too for breaking his promis I think, I'm really sorry about some tracks that I was too lazy to finish

well, i only meant it on his comment, be cause he made the serious face " " which makes it look like he's saying: "make it 4 min, or else something" and yeah, i dont like unfinished tracks either, but if im really bored of it, i would rather have it unfinished, but thats not the problem LRG is facing

Honestly I would think a 4 minute track would be awesome

but dont rush it, and dont pressure your self to do one or the other.

2 minutes, you don't have to keep any promises to us.

its not really gonna kill us if we see an amazing two minute track and then see an even more amazing 2 minute track later

What ever you feel like mate.

Make it a good length to sync with your music.
If you have to, make a sequel to it later or something.

I can't choose. I can't say that I've been like "I can't wait until this is done!" Not because I'm not excited about it, but because I don't mind waiting for it. It'll be awesome and amazing and mindblowing and revolutionary no matter how long it takes; I know it.

I don't know if any of that made sense.

I think you should have a plan for what would make the track most powerful/awesome to watch. longer does not mean better.

yes, sometime there is too long. But in this case i dunno, its LRG and its scenery.

At first you thought 4 minutes would be better, because you wanted to make it that long. If for some reason you think it will be less awesome if you make it 4 minutes long, then make it shorter, otherwise;
