1. Get Soundflower
https://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/soundflower/

2. Install it

3. Open Soundflowerbed application

4. Click on Soundflower icon in upper right, select Built-in Output under 2ch

5. Option click on volume icon/slider, set output device to Soundflower (2ch)
(you can also do this in system preferences -> sound -> output)

6. In OBS, change your desktop audio to Soundflower (2ch)
