Hey cam, so I know you use quicktime.

I have the fps set at 1 in 6.y and it is STILL only capturing every other frame in line rider. any idea why this might be happening?

asking this publicly because other people might 1) be able to help 2) like to know

thanks

Are you still on OSX Snow Leopard (10.6.x)? That version was incredibly buggy, and still kinda "beta". They upgraded the quicktime screen capturing significantly on 10.7.x (the verson of Mac I use).

This is what it looks like for me: question for camquartr B5f66aJ. If yours happens to look exactly like mine, then well shit. I've been using that for almost 2 years now... (or 1 year? i don't remember, but a while).

You can try asking on such sites like apple help forums if having more troubles. They'd probably be more assistance than myself.

EDIT: Oh, now that I think of it, maybe it isn't the actual quicktime recordings, maybe it is your final cut timeline settings causing the jumpiness?

I see. I'll try to find a 10.7 OS somewhere on campus haha, this computer I was using is still 10.6.8

I'm trying to get a 1080p recording and my laptop is not that large
