Which track should OTDE enter?

Anyways, I voted Anthem. It is amazing and should feel amazing.

No, it's "Which track should he enter". If you let the community decide what tracks are in the tournament, it ruins the voting later when they decide which is best.

Really? Explain this. I understand the basics of "Everyone's best track vs each other" but really, it's not that easy. Also, don't you need to make a track for ToC, released between X date and Y date, rather than any track in the past few months.

Traxis. I see no problem with this. If people prefer Anthem over Hymn or vice versa, that will sway me. That's bad how? I certainly want to do better in TOC4. I don't see how this is bad...

Traxis... there are a couple things I think you don't understand.

1) This poll won't determine what track gets entered. OTDE will. This poll might help him. These polls only take precedence if the person doesn't enter anything.

2) For every single ToC, tracks made since the last ToC have been entered. the majority of the tracks are quite old at the time of the tournament, especially in the more recent tournaments. Actually, in ToC2, Chih found a crap ton of seriously ANCIENT tracks to fill up the entries to get an even 64. I didn't like that as a voter so I added a rule that they must be created between the last ToC and the deadline.

I find it really annoying that I have to explain these things to people. They should really be common sense if you stop to think for three seconds. And it would be fine if you'd just ask a question like "wait, does this override OTDE's entry choice?" instead of going all RABID SUCKS on me when you really don't have a clue what's going on. It wastes my time and your time and it lowers everyone's opinion of you.

That was my favorite moment of any track in 2012 so far

It was perfect.

Seriously, he should enter Hymn. It was probably the most emotion-packed track this year, and not just because of the music. It was the combination of everything, put together with otde's artistic vision. It was... truly perfect, made by a true artist with a meaning behind it and within it.

And we can't even forget about his technical skill, I've seen OTDE slowly progresses, but Hymn most clearly exemplifies the skills and art behind manuquirk. The flow and tricks were refreshingly new and unique. Worthy to note also that it has 0 green lines, and yet still presents a most beautiful scene.
