Whoa, is that top one a stall? Does the rider stop and hang there?

Also, it's nice that you're scening, we need them. However, I imagine a few people will talk to you about smoother/thicker lines that don't protrude an stick out. Your shading looks pretty nice though

For shading, try to keep thelines all vertical or horizontal, at least in the above picture. They look like they move over a few pixels as they go down, and it will look much better if it's all neat and perfectly straight

... Seriously? You're going to tell someone who is trying out scening to make stuff like in the best scenery track out there? >__>

Anyway, the shading looks really good. However, look in other scenery tracks and you'll notice that almost every scenery track has thicker lines. Try to make those too to add a bit more depth to your work. It's definitely much better than the scenery I've made though I hope you'll finish!!

No, he doesn't right there, he just hits it and goes down. But there will be a stall at the end *hinthint*

wow lookin great! you should look up some basic scenery tutorials to improve your skills, and I agree with the above comments, Stallie don't say "look at someone who is one of the best sceners" That doesn't make them good >.> may inspire them or may turn them away.

No, by all means watch Breathtaking Silence. You might enjoy it and get an appreciation of top level scenery - just remember nobody is going to ask that of you :-).

As for the lines thing, take your time, you can usually see if its straight or not by the shadow it makes before you place it.

Thanks, guys appreciate the help I hope to release it soon (I make some blue/red lines then scenery on top of it) so I'll let you know when its done!

A very nice rule. Also, the scenery actually is really good for a beginner. There aren't any floating bits in the second one, and if you clean up your curves a bit, the rocks would look extremely nice. And sorta origional, too, which is a first. Keep up the good work.

On topic: TBH, I liked that cracked rock thingy at the end more than the rocks before it. But those are quite interesting rocks. Keep going! Make scenery the new thing.

I don't really like thicker lines I've tried to experiment with them recently because CC has always been telling me to... but, meh... just doesn't work well for me.

^Same, bro. I tried bolding the main lines of my rocks, and it looks AWFUL. Maybe I'll start doing stuff like that when I get into bigger scened stuff, though.

DLP, maybe try shading more on one side of the rock parts than the other side? That way it'll look more 3D, and you can leave some shading on the other side if you want it to look old, cracked, dirty, or just darker.
