Recording Help
Computer: 2005 DELL Dimension E310
Programs: Line Rider BETA 2 , HyperCam2
Problem: Recording is waaaaay too slow. Without HyperCam, FPS is 30-40 range. With HyperCam running and recording only the Line Rider window, FPS goes down to 10-20 range. Is there a way to change this? This will be extremely helpful if fixable.

Re: Recording Help
Do you record in slo-mo. If not, press m as you click/right before you click play, it should be in slo-mo. it reduces lag a lot and makes sure you get every frame.

Re: Recording Help
Yes, I forgot to add that part. I do record in slow-motion, some of the time, what I am wondering is:
A: How to speed up the slow-motion recordings, and
B: How to speed up my FPS so I need not to slow things down.

Re: Recording Help
Slowing down is the only way, you'll find even the track makers record in slo mo.
Depending on what you use for editing, Sony Vegas or Adobe premiere can sync up the video and the time correctly so it plays at full speed. If all you have is windows movie maker, clicking double speed a few times in effects should get it close to the normal time, though not exact :\

Re: Recording Help
or you ask a recording shop (like mine) and we'll make a perfect recording for you
Re: Recording Help
Rabid's reliable. We say shop, but they're free. You'll need to get the track out of Line Rider's Flash Saved games folder (we can help you with this) and you'll have a really professional looking track video for YouTube!
And welcome to the site, while I'm at it. Good to have you

Re: Recording Help
Thanks all, since I don't have Adobe or Sony, I'll ask Rabid's shop to record for me. What folder is the file in?
Re: Recording Help
Just search for "savedLines.sol" and it'll appear. Make it search in all (even hidden) files and folders though, otherwise it won't work! Welcome btw
