I've decided to update my entry and with the use of modern technology, improved my numbers.

And I'd like to nominate; @dapianokid @anton for the Height and Distance challenge. (as well as anyone else who thinks they are man enough)

I have used both and there is no advantage between lra and conuns. I also use a mac. I think conuns actually has an advantage over lra. I say accept his entry because I want a challenege.
