COTM July Brainstorm
Go!
Track in a Donut was a massive fail, so we don't want to do something like that again methinks.

I personally still like my straight up height and distance challenge. You're given a workspace and a tunnel, and you launch Bosh as far as possible (horizontal and vertical - two trophies). This idea has been around for sooooooo long but nobody's ever actually done it. I would run it so it would work

Re: COTM July Brainstorm
I like Sam Storm's idea. I think a lot of people will participate because there isn't a ton of work involved, and it sounds fun.
Rabid's idea is cool too.

45 Degree Track contest?
I sent you a message about this about a week ago, and you said you were considering it, rabid.

I think it's great, but I want to say that we would have a scenery thing at the start to use to keep people from entering tracks they already started.
I'll put up the poll tomorrow. any more ideas?

Re: COTM July Brainstorm
jump the wall contest? i came up with it awhile ago.
the sol. contains 10(or more) files all with an X and a Y line each getting longer and higher with each file. along the x line is a marked out section in green lines that the contestant has to start bosh in. the idea is to get bosh over the y line using the fewest amount of lines possible.
pure was thinking of using this for a contest that he didnt actually start at ELR.
i wouldnt organize this mostly because im not active here.

the tricky bit would be figuring out the formula lines versus height. 1 accel line over the highest wall possible needs to not be the best option. I want someone to say they have a tested formula before I would be comfortable with the contest.V wrote:jump the wall contest? i came up with it awhile ago.

And really, why not just do my height contest? it's a continuum so it's easier to judge.
actually, I'm wondering if we only want to do height or only distance... maybe I'll make those two options as well
