I think I'm missing some information and some of it may not be completley accurate but it's what I have so far ^^

we should have a more extensive history.
- chris386 originally created it, was the main reason he became one fo the original 5 elites
- it eventually got its own section
- chris386's polls became less and less interesting and ingenious according to the staff and they (we) eventually denied him access to make POTD threads anymore.
- a long period of very few and far between POTDs, where we tried to make elites run it for a time and then opened it up to everyone
- stopped entirely for a while during the transition from IRTL to WRTL
- eventually recreated on WRTL, and is currently usually made by wolf_spirit

If someone could add that it'd be great! I wasn't aware of most of these things because they happened during my inactive period So I couldn't give that much of an in-depth description.
