i was playing minecraft, my computer froze, i pressed ctl+alt+del continuously, computer restarted by itself, then it says it needs something to boot from, so basically my computers bummed and i don't know what happened

Try using a rebootable disk for the computer if it's too desperate, but try to wear out all the bateries so the computer won't keep the information and it MIGHT just go back to normal, if it's a laptop.

Had it too, it was just the hard disk that was loose.

Hope it helps, it was very recent it happened to me. Don't use any backup disk or something.
