We may be stupid, but you're not!

We (the staff) have noticed that you guys are getting antsy about our inactivity lately. So we have a few things to do to sort of make this site more like a permanent home.

1. Bringing Back Member Awards!

Yes, you heard right!

Unfortunately, we can't track down old ones, plus it would just be a crapload of work, but we're restarting Member of the Month, starting right now in November. I'm making the first thread and then AC will run it after that

2. Temporary New Banner, In Your Hands!

Alright guys, here's the idea.

You know this image at the top of the screen?



Well, we're going to take that image and mess with it, then use it until we get sick of it. Could be months. Hell, could be a year, who knows.

INSTRUCTIONS
These are very loose. Like, VERY loose.
1) Pick an image someone posted and download it. If no one has done anything yet, use https://2img.net/h/i274.photobucket.com/albums/jj250/14mRh4X0r/banner_2.png (if someone has done something already, you might want to use that one. If there are multiple pages, go to the last page and choose something from there).
2) Open it in Photoshop, Paint, Paint.net, or whatever you want to use. Scribble on it. If you're stumped, maybe scratch out the "I" and put in "We" (so it says WeRideTheLines), or write your name, or something like that. Be free!
3) Host it somewhere. http://imageshack.us/ http://photobucket.com/ http://mediafire.com/ http://drop.io/ are good places to try.
4) Post it, and if someone wants to edit yours, they can go ahead!

RULES
• It has to stay the same dimensions
• Nothing that'd get you banned. That's pretty loose, mind you, but don't like put porn in it.
• Don't edit anything that someone posts if it goes against the previously posted rules/instructions.
• Don't be upset if someone chooses to edit someone else's version instead of yours!
• At the end, we'll probably have several different versions, so we'll have a poll to decide which is best.

If anyone has a question, feel free to ask, but read this thread first!

Setting Member Awards back up now. Because of this I'm gonna miss a Latin study session and we have a quiz tomorrow, so you better appreciate it

The awards will have to be extended to X member of the year instead of month unless you want the same recycled batch of nominees who are really just carried by their reputation and previous victories.

Btw, get chih of his arse and have him restart the weekly contest tracks, with much less difficult goals so that they get some actual participants.

Seeing the increasing activity on this forum, I think it's time that the power rank gets back, not because they are useless as hell, but because they set a goal for new members and such...and to be honest, it's nearly impossible to get promoted to elite+ nowadays.

I remember when I first joined the site, I always thought it would be so cool to be a power rider! But when the staff took it away when I was ever so close to earning it, it shattered my dreams of becoming a gangstarrrrr.

I've been scarred for life because of the disaster I created called the power rider, and apparently I will never be able to forget about it. I wish I could though.
