I'd do a forward nosie if you can do it without disrupting the rest of the track. If not, tumble or shoulder fling, I'd say. Or delete a few lines of the fling before trying the nosie.

Well if you managed to add that little part, I think you're capable enough of making the rest of the track yourself, just go with what looks good and doesn't ruin the flow.
