Well, when we add them we would have to give people who had multiple PIPs a whole new rank (on here). We'd probably end up with about 50 ranks. Yes, we are too lazy to do that.

We had a lot of unnecessary hax on IRtL though. Just stating, but I don't really think I have much input considering I never go on normal IRtL even any more

I put my faith in rabid/the staff, they know what's best.

We had some awesome members registered there (like fsk) who haven't signed up here and I bet they won't sign up on a new site, but they may log back in to IRTL's original site.
We had some rather historic and awesome posts that are now inaccessible but not lost.
It is well known and many things link to it currently.

That's why I'm going to see if he can give me root access and show me how he set the site up and etc. That way I won't have to go through the trouble of finding out HOW to set up our own site, and deciding whether to use vB, and figuring out hosting, and installing forum software, and how much bandwidth do we need, and trying to track down all the hax we had... It's would save hundreds of hours of work if I could just talk to him face to face and get root access, so that's what I'm gonna try to do.

Hey, how about if I make a Sparkworkz TV explaining the situation and linking people to here until all is settled? I know some of you don't agree with the show, but it could be very useful in this type of situation Smile
