Pretty good one
my advice would be to try different styles.

Become instantly better by understanding the difference between negative comments and constructive critisism, and then learn to appreciate constructive critisism. I can tell you right away, this community wouldn't make baseless negative coments.
The fastest way to improve is to be able to think critically of your own work and spot your weaknesses. We want to help you with exactly this.
If you think you are above critisism and constructive feedback, don't even bother posting tracks; we're not here to suck your dick (so to speak).

Track was decent, If you are going to record like that, atleast keep your hand steady or place your phone on something still.
tldr; I want to like you but please atleast explain why you must record like that.

This is important: Anton, not so long ago, was new. His tracks were cool, but could use improvements in a variety of ways. Fast-forward to now: look at this BEAST of a trackmaker. The link between middling Anton and BEASTMODE Anton was constructive criticism.
Constructive criticism made me the stud muffin I am today. Learn it. Love it. Embrace it.
And most importantly, don't treat it as a personal slight. That's a bad road to go down, because if you don't realize that your tracks =/= the culmination of your very being, critiques of the track will sound like critiques of who you are as a human being, and we both know that's not what's going on here.
Again, will you be a stud muffin, or spend your time mud stuffin'? The choice is yours.

Your tracks will skyrocket in creativity and skill and artistry the INSTANT you take to heart what these men here are saying, my man.
And look, Sheldon went from antagonistic about the camera to compromising and willing to accept it He felt bad, and he, as everybody else here does, wants you to stay. Don't leave because we accidentally unintentionally made you feel unwelcome
That said, EPIC IMPROVEMENT YET AGAIN WTF

Great track bro, can definitely see lots of improvement. Even though we're yelling at you to record your tracks better, it's completely up to you how you record them. Just take your time and when you're ready to switch recording techniques we can help you out; there's no rush

Re: Blue kcarT
Hey guys, I know you all aren't trying to be mean with your constructive criticisms, but imagine what you were like 9 years ago, when you first started playing Line Rider. Remember how young you were, how you were easily affected by other people's comments. All that time you put into a track*, and no one appreciates it. I think that, if I were this trackmaker, I'd also feel frustrated that I didn't get a lot of positive feedback, and I'd ragequit after a while.
*We put a lot of time and effort into our tracks. Has it occurred to anybody how ridiculous that is to outsiders? I'm making this point now because this trackmaker is already putting more time than usual (for him) into a track, and probably didn't have the patience to properly record it because all he wants to do is show us the damn track.
I know we have standards for tracks, but notice how we also have standards for trackmaking. We shouldn't subject this trackmaker to our trackmaking standards if he's making tracks for a different reason. When he is ready, he will ask how to improve. And then he would appreciate our acknowledgements of his improvements.
In the meantime, let's try to keep this trackmaker around and tell him the things he wants to hear:
Hey, that was a pretty cool track! I liked how you were able to make the guy fly around with those flings. Good job

Re: Blue kcarT
Just message me your tracks when you are done and I can record them real quick and send them back. If you do that then no one can complain.Min3rl3g4nd wrote:That's it. Im not doing anything else until Sheldon apologize. (Might Be) Min3r Dec. To Jan.

Cool stuff man, reminds me of the simpler good old times when gravity wells were just invented. Though your track is already better than that, as it has flings. Neat-o

Re: Blue kcarT
i think the file size of a screen recording is smaller than the file size of an actual recording, i'm gonna test this to be sure.Min3rl3g4nd wrote:Yeah. Im back in! edit: yep, my recording (for which i used my phone) was 219MB, whilst my screen recording was at 68 MB.
