Was thinking about how the "most recent post" thing on the featured movies section is now a discussion thread rather than an actual featured thread. Is this an issue? Should we move it or is it fine?

if you go to the main page, the "last posts" column on the right. Usually in the featured section the last post is a discussion thread. Is that an issue or is it fine?

i would prefer to move it coz:
-it covers the features
-the features should get more "front page exposure "
-it's a discussion subsection in a section dedicated to tracks
-we already have a discussion section

Maybe we could move discussion to another section, and not have one thread for every track that we discuss

edit: or maybe we could do 1 thread per nomination, because the only reason we have so many right now is because of playing catchup

Since we're 'condensing the forum' I don't think it'd be a good idea.
It would stick out like a sore thumb in terms of the usefulness of the section compared to everything else that has its own section.

- keep it where it is
- make it a subforum of the tracks section
- make it a subforum of the WRTL Center
