Line Rider Video Deterioration

I've recently noticed that several of my line rider videos have "deteriorated" in video quality as the time goes on. Yes, this happens to all sorts of videos, but it seems to clearly be affected by how the video was recorded, and I just had a few questions regarding this

That, straight up, looks like it was recorded with a standard quality potato. It definitely wasn't that bad when I released it, however, if we look at even OLDER videos, we can see some that didn't deteriorate:

I often change my method of recording my tracks, and have gone through a plethora of different methods, so it's something with my recording/compressing/rendering. Currently I am using Aspi's "perfect" method, and actually used that for Birds, but the video seems to be getting choppier every month

How is this happening? What causes some to do this but not others? If you're thinking it's the codec, Grotto, Rek, and Birds all used the same codec (I wasn't able to download the codec aspi recommended, still can't) and they have very different qualities.
I just want to preserve my line rider videos I made and (possibly) am going to make.
I don't want to come back years later and see that the video is too choppy to even watch.

A while back the youtube copy of End of the world started being jumpy and such. It was fine when I first uploaded it... God damn it youtube.

That's not good. Wouldn't know how to fix. I don't have any videos doing this..

Eh, at least they're not that choppy. I don't mind if it's a bit blurry.

It could be worse, you could have every video be choppy. Anyways, well I think it could be, because you tube got a new layout for its skin, maybe that changed the way the resolution is, on some of your videos. I'm not to sure but like wizzy said, try other video sites.

it's because YT is stupid, use vimeo. techdawgs massivly old stuff (like the father and son thing) still looks perfect there but on YT it's blurred as hell. if it's still there in 4 years i wouldn't be surprised if it just turned to static with music.
