Whats TWIXTOR?!

Twixtor is a special program used to slow down, speed up, or increase or decrease frame rate of a video, VERY GOOD FOR SYNCING WITH MUSIC.

So guess what the Contest is about?!
Syncing your track with the music with Twixtor!!!!!!

...But there is a catch. Twixtor only supports certain editing programs, those are:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Apple Final Cut Express
Apple Final Cut Pro
Autodesk Combustion
Autodesk Systems (Sparks)
Autodesk Maya
Composite (Toxik)
Avid Systems
Foundry Nuke
eyeon Fusion
eyeon Vision
Apple Shake
Softimage

If you use Sony vegas or WMM(<----garbage) then you can just slow it down to sync with the music, just make sure you know what you're doing

Sony Vegas isn't garbage... I have After Effects as well, but trust me, Sony Vegas Pro 8 is BEASTLY.

Also, you can already sync music/video in sony vegas easily without this, kthnx

Well twixtor is used so that it has a higher frame rate, so that it can go extremely slower than slo-mo

you can change the frame rate of a video clip on most/all of the programs you listed, i mean its a basic feature, so i kinda don't see what is so special about this plugin...

Also, I honestly don't get whats so amazing about vegas, i mean its alright, but i think premiere is 100x better.
