Bolted got featured.

basically if youtube people see your video and like it they can feature it - it just shows up in more places basically, nothing really special. Attracts more viewers though.

it's all about the:

-tags
-thumbnail
-title
-luck

it's kinda hard to get a line rider video featured, but normally videos about recent news/events/trends get the most features.
