This is a full list of Glitches and Easter Eggs (things fsk put in the game for us to discover that are "hidden")

Gravity Wells
Ok, you should really know what these are by now. These were discovered and perfected by anomaly76 in "Gravity Wells": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cngexcPxgjU (and have since used to make granuals, chains, flings, alt flings, asdfs, and a whole bunch more crap)

This was not intended to be in the game, it's simply a side effect of having lines that you can pass through on one side and not on the other. It's definitely the most abused glitch in line rider, to the point where people don't even call it a glitch anymore!

It's predecessor, quirky curves, were used to accelerate the guy without actual acceleration lines. They looked like this:

Anti-Gravity Wells/SLAG wells
Anti Gravity Wells (AGWs) are made by drawing two lines, with black sides facing each other, at a very small angle. This creates an extension of the line out approximately a third of a sled length. ("anti gravity wells" is actually a misnomer, they're more like a line extension glitch)

This was discovered by InsomniacPen/iamsorrydude (I can't find the video, he took all of his down) and perfected by Conundrumer in "Omniverse": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRFnyObbcng
Conundrumer also made an excellent tutorial on the various ways to abuse this glitch, on the old IRTL.

SLAG wells (Single Line Anti Gravity Wells) are created in a similar way, except you delete the first line of the AGW with the backspace key as you are drawing the second line. Kramuals
The glitch is achieved by smashing Bosh into a perfectly horizontal or vertical line at a time when he is exactly parallel to the line at a speed that will normally cause him to go off-sled. This causes his body and arm to flatten against the sled, and for him to stay in that position until something (usually a gravity well) pulls him out of it or knocks him off-sled.

Hedgehogs4Me coined the term "kramual".

This glitch quickly became used in tracks frequently, and sparked a controversy over whether or not it ought to be. Georgio_Jc was the first to use the glitch in a track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJg7RADV62A#t=00m48s

It can be done upward or downward, on his head or on his feet, horizontally or vertically. It is usually a challenge to get Bosh out of a kramual without going off-sled, because if he runs off the end of the line he is on he will fall off, but it is easily possible with gravity wells. It is possible to achieve a kramual in which Bosh does not stick to the line (though he stays in the flattened position) if it is done in an upward or vertical direction.

Multiple Line Glitch
This glitch allows multiple acceleration lines to be easily placed on top of each other, causing more acceleration, without manually drawing each line exactly on top of the others. It is achieved by pressing Y and then the stop button to duplicate the line most recently drawn.

This glitch was known for many years but was never fully explained until recently. I can't seem to find the video that was made (by WTB, or maybe ktk, I think) many years ago.

Live Draw/Live Zoom
This was discovered by Flagpole (or at least publicized by him).

If you Ctrl+Click (Command+Click for macs) on the play tool, whatever tool you are currently in is usable in play mode (the hand tool only works if you're in slow motion) The zoom tool can also be used to make Bosh appear to float.

Play in Edit Mode
This was also discovered/publicized by Flagpole.
It was originally in 6.1 and 6.2, and mhenr18 made it easy (just hold C when you play the track) in 6.6+

When you open a track, immediately after you press "load" hit "Y". wait until it's 100% loaded, then hit Y or press play again. If you pressed Y soon enough after Load, nearly all of the track will be in color. When you press stop, color mode is lost.

Ghost Flag

When placing a flag, hold "C", and a "ghost rider" will appear instead of the flag. "F" doesn't jump to the ghost flag position, but otherwise it works exactly like a flag.

Superzoom
This was discovered by mtgtopdeck.
This only works in 6.1 (it was impossible in 6.2 because you couldn't zoom in as far in play mode) mhenr18 made it easier in 6.3 - 6.7 (hold shift while zooming)

To achieve superzoom:
1. Click the zoom button (but don't use it)
2. Hold Shift + Ctrl (keep holding them until step 7)
3. Hit play
4. Zoom in all the way (hold z)
5. Hit play once
6. Hit stop
7. Release Shift + Ctrl

Now edit mode is in superzoom! This made 6.1 the version of choice for many quirkers, because of the ability to make small lines.

Upside Down Mode
This was discovered by BlessHisCottonSocks.
- When there are no lines in your track, hit Tab. Now you are drawing in upside down mode. If you hit play, it will play normally, but if you hold shift and hit play, it plays upside down.
- You can't zoom in or out with the zoom tool while in upside-down edit mode, or it will go back to normal mode.
- You can zoom in in upside down play mode with Z, but you can't press X or it comes out of upside-down mode.

It is also possible to load a track in upside down mode, discovered by BlessHisCottonSocks as well.
When you load a track, immediately after pressing "Load" hit Tab. If you managed to hit Tab when there were NO lines, it will load upside down and when you hit Shift+play it will play upside down.
(This is extremely difficult, it's easier on slower computers and with more lag. Sometimes it may be impossible with certain tracks.)

Infinite Zoom
This is a glitch that is made possible by upside down mode, discovered by Conundrumer.

While in upside down play mode, hold Z, and you can zoom in an infinite amount.

Vibrating Glitch
This was also discovered by BlessHisCottonSocks.

How to do it:
1. Make a new track and draw a horizontal line
2. Move the start point to be directly on top of the line. If you press play the screen turns white and bosh disappears (a minor glitch not worth mentioning separately)
3. Using the play in edit mode glitch (detailed above) draw a few lines in live draw.
4. Press "end" and zoom in and out until you can see the lines you scribbled. (notice how you are hundreds of millions of pixels away from the start point?)
5. Still looking at them, press backspace repeatedly to delete ALL lines (including the first one you drew)
6. Draw a new track line and the start point should jump to it. Press play and you have the start to a vibrating track!

Interesting characteristics of the game after this is achieved (on my computer anyway):
- Bosh is freaking out/spazzing
- Dragging the start point, drawing lines, and moving the track with the hand tool is "choppy"
- The color sides of lines often don't match up with the black sides
- There appears to be a "limit" on how far the camera will go down and to the right, if you press play without pressing shift
- If you zoom in too far in play mode or edit mode, the screen goes blank.
- Zooming is just really messed up
- The physics are left completely unchanged!

Beta 1 - I'm Not Dead Yet

There are LOTS of glitches in Silverlight and Unbound, but those LR versions are considered to be rather undesirable on this site, so we haven't bothered to go through and find them all.

lol, I post the thread in summer 2010. Then Christmas 2011 someone posts here and suddenly EVERYONE is posting.

also, line boosting sounds to me like what you do when you use red lines... especially thinking about the old term "no-boost"

But I will definitely put in the multiple line glitch and kramuals! Tomorrow.

Bosh just has to hit JUST right for it to work, and it would probably take days to do.

I'm not even sure if this thread should be stickied anymore, most of these are ridiculously outdated since LRA and LRJS have appeared on the scene, and the ones that aren't are considered tricks more than glitches
