Paying LR devs

News on my patreon again that's relevant to y'all - I hit $70 per project so I'm gonna start throwing money at devs, including past devs, with the money I bring in over that amount. If you're a dev of a build I've used to make a track you're probably included.

update because everyone on this wishlist has been paid, and from now on 10% royalties will be donated to devs for all paid work I do in their builds

A couple notes:
- kevans's $10 was put towards Doctors Without Borders on his request
- mhenr's $10 was sent to Conundrumer on mhenr's request
