Owly / OwlFlavored is best known for being one of the early pioneers of quirk. He was one of the first to start copying the kinds of tracks anomaly was making and the he was first to do tracks focused on blue manuals. A large .sol file of his was recently recovered from Z_N-Freak's old .sols, and inside it was some unreleased material. So here it is!

WOW! the last bit "omg" was very good for it's time! And all those bits of scenery we're cool to see.
