ok first of all i don't know if this should be but i'ma gonna do this anyway.

ok.
well last night my computor broke and everything was deleted.

everything all the files all my documents todo.

when i get the computor back(i'm on my friends computor at the moment)
all my sol. files had been deleted and stuff.

thats right exposure to the elements had around 15,000 lines to it and that was all for nothing.
i've no way to get it back.

so i'm starting a new large naked track but i promise i'm going to work had to get it up soon enough.
as so i'm going to delete all the youtube previews.

again i'm sorry

I hate it when this happens. Someone has worked REALLY hard on a track, then it's deleted, it's happened to me too many times aswell, but I'm sure therre's a way to make your computer like 'go back in time' so to speak so you get you .sol files back. I can't remember how, but I think rabid or mehnr told me a while ago..

It's a classic thing, happens to all of us (For example, I bet I've lost like 50k in total, and that's the size of Continental/SRS/MA). And after it happens, we finally understand how important it is with backups.

So yeah, I hope you'll keep alot of backups ONLINE from now on.

Oh, and there is something that always helps me when I lose alot, I convince myself to think it was a good thing, sine the outcome will be much better this time. Try thinking like that.

i can't keep back ups becasue i can't acsess my sol. files. becasue whenever i go into users... blablabla. . . there is no desktop which is the computor user so i can't get any further than users.

other wise i'd be doing collabs by the dozens(probably not that many) but i'm sure you get what i mean

I know how you feel, I lost 15k in Bolted at one point, and thought that I ahd lost the whole track (.sol corruption, luckily I had a backup in the trash)

solution: keep .sol backups every time you close it, and store them online or on a flash drive or external hard drive

Sometimes what I do is save them >9000 times.

Or just upload it to mediafire, filefront, etc.

i can't actually find the sol.(s) though.

Maybe you can't see your hidden files and folders.

I can help you, but I don't know what kind or know about your comp.

I got it worse, 200k lost

But still, this is cliche, yet annoying as hell.
I feel sorry for you.

^ I'm still not convinced you lost 200k, were you scening with the pencil? It takes me maybe a month to draw 50k, even if I'm working really hard on it.

nearly 1k but i only started yesterday!

I fillz in black spaces with pencil, thats why, and Im a very fast scener.

But now I scening lots slower to make it more perfected.

But less about me, this 'accidentally delete everything' stuff sucks. Big time.

Lol you should have scened EVERYTHING with pencil, made it 300k, and publish it saying "I DETHRONED BHCS!!!!1!!!11!11!"

And we'd all be like "WHY SO SORVIUS OLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL"
