I don't know what you did to the version, but I really regret going along with you now. I don't want people to delete their tracks they've worked on for a long time thinking they are broken. Please tell us what you did and how to fix it and undo it.

Not really a funny prank...

EDIT: I reverted the play line rider link in the header back to 3.4.15 so that people could redownload and save their tracks. If you're panicking because your track is broken, download that version before you do anything.

also, some people say they got an april fool button and others didn't.

iPi may have lost a huge chunk of his track because of this

EDIT2: okay now we've downloaded the old version and it's all still failing in random places

I just tested this, found the april fools box and unchecked it, and HE STILL DIES IN THE SAME PLACE as the last time he did after I disable it

OH NO MY TRACK ISN"T WORKING:

I didn't exactly run to the version dev thread when people started telling me their track was broken.

For people who DID press play while it was already running, what should they do now that they've "made it worse"?

EDIT: reopening the .sol seems to work for me after I've unchecked it.

I read the OP when you post something new in the thread, not when someone is like "my track's not working" and I'm trying to help them figure out the problem. Glad we got this sorted out though. Sorry I didn't read the spoiler as carefully as I could have.

Yes I understand that but when you come across a bug you should always head to the thread to see if anyone else has reported it yet and to see if there is a fix before trying to fix it yourself.

Also Rabid should do a quality control check on the latest/newest version before pointing the download link to the new version to make sure it's working and not game breaking.

when people see their track is broken, they don't think it's a bug they think they accidentally deleted a line and broke it.

CC, 3.4.x has soooooo many tools I use for scenery. 45 deg snap, scroll lock, preview mode, angle indicator, jump to zoom, fast forward, and custom playback zoom level are the ones I couldn't have made driftwood without. (well once it is actually done...)

I've been perfectly happy with 6.7 and I don't really see me changing. If it aint broke don't fix it. Not that I'm trying to devalue what kevans has done with the new versions. Props to him, and I think it's cool that people like the new tools. They're just not for me. (Yet?)
