With the redirection, the only problem is that it redirects you to the announcements, and some people may think that's all there is at WRtL becuse it isn't too obvious how to get to the homepage...
edit: oh yes it it....never noticed that icon in top left :facepalm:
But it would be better if it was redirected to the actual homepage.

I like it alot, but the 'we' looks out of place, and maybe, we should just make a logo completley different from TD's
