So I finished the track, but when I closed and reopened LR 3.4, the physics changed because the track was really old from revision 6.1 and it saved to the wrong revision. Now it doesn't work.

Open my build.
Load the track.
Load it again.
When it prompts you to ask if you're sure, click switch until it says to load 6.1.
Track will stick to 6.1 saving and loading.

That fixed it, though I had to save the track as 6.1 and then load it.
