Yes. Each account on twitch has a stream key so you can stream from the same channel if you know it. In the off chance someone without permission gets the stream key the worst they could do is stream from the channel, but literally nothing else. Using the streaming program OBS or xsplit allows you to enter the stream key and broadcast to the channel.
